Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, in-office Director of Advertising and Digital Marketing to lead all of our paid media efforts across platforms such as Facebook/Instagram (Meta), Google, YouTube/Display, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have agency experience, particularly with e-commerce brands. This role is responsible for managing and optimizing JessaKae’s digital marketing strategies to support our e-commerce, retail, and wholesale channels, while amplifying brand awareness and consideration.

Responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Develop and drive the overall digital marketing and advertising strategy based on business needs, continually evaluating and adjusting as necessary.

• Paid Media Management: Oversee all digital marketing channels, including paid social (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok), display, paid search, Google Shopping, and affiliates.

• Performance Monitoring: Set and monitor KPIs to measure the success of overall programs and individual channels, responding swiftly to performance variances.

• Budget Management: Build and manage the digital marketing and advertising budget, defining the optimal mix of spend to maximize new customer growth and overall revenue.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Marketing team to ensure alignment and amplification of brand marketing efforts.

• Testing and Optimization: Conduct extensive testing across programs—from landing pages to creative content and copy—and implement learnings to improve performance.

• Channel Expansion: Identify and test new advertising channels that align with our target demographic, incorporating successful channels into the overall strategy.

• Team Development: Build and lead a motivated team to execute digital marketing initiatives effectively.

• Influencer and Affiliate Programs: Assist in working with influencer partners and developing our affiliate marketing program to drive sales.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong emphasis on paid media.

• Proven agency experience, especially with e-commerce brands.

• Demonstrated success in scaling innovative programs within fast-paced, dynamic organizations.

• Expertise in managing large budget accounts and forecasting performance trends.

• High proficiency in paid social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok).

• Experience with key digital marketing channels, including display, search, and affiliates.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify investment decisions and their impact.

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

• Proven ability to manage internal and external relationships effectively.

• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, Apple-based programs, and Google Analytics (or equivalent).
